a multimedia installation by Dave Greber, Matthew Holdren, Adam Delnegro, and Katie Gelfand
Marcel Duchamp has always been an influence on my work, I spent a great deal of time lingering in his collection in the Philadelphia Museum of Art while I was growing up. One piece that always fascinated/scared me was Étant Donnés, a multimedia assemblage that can be viewed through two peepholes drilled into old church doors. I love the way Étant Donnés limited the vantage point of the viewer to create it's 3D illusion. It was with this in mind that I first started imagining the shape of All Natural®.

The form of All Natural® mimics the way we perceive reality in the 21st century. We experience the natural world through the ciphers of our consumer-based culture. Specifically, this piece is concerned with the continual misappropriation of the dwindling wetlands for commercial ventures, which threaten the sustainability of life throughout the Gulf Coast region.
